because of rest three days at home between two phases of canton fair, so, i knew this thing till this morning. but after hearing, i felt really disappointed to some schoolmates and the fair.

on the last day of phase 2, a man who only brought his registration form and the copy of his passport went to the counter of Zone A Certificate-checking, my colleague saw that it had been stamped then he let him went into the counters of ic-badge issueing.

1 or 2 hours later, the staff who managed our camp noticed that the man mustn't issue his card at zone A, which was only for issueing card free for old buyers. then he began to investigate the source of  mistake. firstly, he came to our counter and asked why my colleage stamped to the man. my colleague found that the number of seal did not belong to our group of certificate-checking. then the staff became even angrier, for he thought that some seals had been stolen. at last, he found that the seal was stamped by the group leader of the information counters, and he punished her. he asked the group leader why she had a seal. the leader said the assistance in the office gave her, because sometimes buyers who didn't bring all necessary certificates should go to their counter and phoned to their hotels to confirm their self-informations. then the staff asked the assistance why she gave the leader a seal which could only be appeared at our counters. the assistance said another assistance asked her to do. then the staff asked another one, she couldn't explain clearly. they all wanted to put all responsiblities to the leader of info counter. but let's think of that, if the assistance didn't give the leader a seal, how can she get it? accually, no way. and why the staff didn't know the leader had a seal before, on the contrary, all my colleagues had been knowing that for days? the assistances never told it to the staff and they decided by themselves. so, they should be punished first. but the fact is, the leader of info counter was nearly fired by the staff. yes, she made a mistake, but the main part of the mistake shouldn't put on her back.

associated to other things i had seen before, the assistances in the office didn't want to sort out any bothers. sometimes, a buyer may not bring any of his certificate, according to the prescript, i should lead him to the office. but accually, their ordered me to lead him to the info counter, which had not the right to make a decision like that. in some times, i observed that, the assistances in the office even did not acquaintant to the precript or did not know how to solve the problems.

as the matter of fact, they dared not face the problems so that they put them to our front lines.

when i realized all above, i felt deeply melancholy, to myself, and other front line workers. as a grassroots worker, or more exactly, a trainee, i cannot discover fair in working, i have to endure the high-ups' any kinds of accuses, and mostly i don't have the chance to exculpate for myself.

at last, what was disppointed me the most is that, most of the high-ups are just my schoolmates. i wonder whether they never thought how they will face to their schoolmates after the fair.
